Richard Kendrick is a guitarist and vocalist with deep roots in the Louisiana music scene. Raised in Baton Rouge, he spent his formative years performing throughout the New Orleans area, where his musical foundation took shape. Now based in Spring, Texas, he remains closely connected to the New Orleans music community.

Among his original projects is the concept album Murder And The F-Word, and he continues writing and recording new material while contributing guitar work, vocals, and production across a range of projects. His studio experience includes numerous releases for Versailles Records along with other professionally produced recordings.

A founding member of Straitjacket Smile and current member of Maiden LA, Richard brings decades of live experience to the stage. His guitar work pairs seamlessly with fellow guitarist Andrew Autin, forming a dynamic dual-guitar approach that anchors Rock Show NOLA.

Rooted in Louisiana and shaped by years of travel and regional performance, Richard brings seasoned professionalism and versatility to every Rock Show NOLA show.
